Bywood East Health Care has been serving North East Minneapolis and the surrounding communities since 1971. In keeping with our motto “Give and let live,” we are proud to offer an environment designed to help maintain independence and individuality.

Our beautiful, well-maintained brick building is designed to provide a warm and home-like setting. Located in a safe residential neighborhood, residents enjoy attractive views of nearby homes as well as the gently rolling hills of Columbia Golf Course.

Bywood East is home for residents who want to live full active lives and who need nursing care. A professional and caring staff encourages independence, growth and fulfillment for each resident. Committed individuals provide 24-hour nursing care. At Bywood East, our mission is to encourage independence, growth, and fulfillment of each resident.

Bywood East is a place to live – not just pass the time. Regularly scheduled programs provide a variety of social, recreational and cognitive activities, both within and outside the facility.

Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available on-site, as well as podiatry, barber and beauty services, ophthalmology and audiology services.
